You know, everytime someone says something ugly about someone else (especially if those attacked are brown) then its just words. Just words. B.S. It isnt just words because if it was just words then people wouldnt be making a point not to upset people with their comments.

I dont hate being black and I dont hate anyone else for not being black or brown or what have you...matter of fact I think I will say people of color...that's just for you... If you hate yourself then you probably have good reason, I have NO reason to hate myself or anyone else for that matter....

Apparently if we just pretended that racism didnt exist then it wouldnt.

If someone thinks that someone else is a racist or a sexist douche then they just might be.....

Today at work two women were discussing Imus. With me helping them with their tables and chairs they talked as if they were alone--A real and true excerpt---I am so numb I dont know what to do...I know that I am tired and frustrated and Here, so you know what, I will be acknowledged and I will not be disrespected no matter WHO thinks that wretched conditions will magically disappear if we just look the other way...Funny, this country was built by people who actually REFUSED to look the other way...maybe they should have just sucked it up--goodness knows that the freedoms we all SHOULD enjoy today just fell out of the fucking sky...YAY

American One: Well it's not as if he called them Niggers or something.

American Two: That's true, it's being blown all out of proportion.

American One: They just need something to complain about. Who knows? There is no telling what kind of people they really are anyway.

Oversensitive Person of Color: I am not invisible nor am I deaf. I am gonna get someone else to take care of your puchase.

American One: Well I was just making a point to my friend.

American Two: I guess good manners are a thing of the past. While you are getting that other salesperson, get your manager too please. We're not racist or anything if thats what you think.

If I didnt know better I'd say those two fine Americans blog on Mindsay...matter of fact I think I read that exact thing on someone's blog (fuck you both). I really wish there was a way YOU could really experience the shady shit people pull on a daily basis...

I am so fucking sick and tired. Really, I am fucking exhausted. But guess what? I will stay loud, vocal and apparently over-sensitive because goodness knows that all this shit is just words. Hell we blog for no good reason because IT IS ALL JUST WORDS...
