We all know Our sun Signs right? You now, what many of use refer to as zodiac signs. It is the constellation through which the sun was traveling at the time of our birth. Now there is the basic chart for your zodiac sign which can be found almost anywhere and on this blog is no exception:

• Aries - March 21 - April 20
• Taurus - April 21 - May 21
• Gemini - May 22 - June 21
• Cancer - June 22 - July 22
• Leo - July 23 -August 21
• Virgo - August 22 - September 23
• Libra - September 24 - October 23
• Scorpio - October 24 - November 22
• Sagittarius - November 23 - December 22
• Capricorn - December 23 - January 20
• Aquarius - January 21 - February 19
• Pisces - February 20- March 20

Now you should be able to find your sun sign above and if not then uhm be sure that you know your birthdate and that you are born in one of the months listed...hahahaha...anyway...We can tell a lot about ourselves through the study of basic sun signs. For instance there are certain signs that are ruled by certain elements...

Fire Signs-Your super novas of the zodiac. They (We) burn hot quickly but tend to burn out rather quickly as well. No real grudge holding for these signs. Be careful when you decide to hit the trail with one though because they tend to go until they drop in most physical activities. Like their element, these signs are impetuous, agressive, bright, enthusiastic. They can often get carried away, act forceful, and "burn" the people around them. While they are often self-sufficient, they can be extremely demanding people.

Ever noticed how a flame can hold your attention? Often, what it leaves behind must be recreated in its wake.

Earth Signs-A lovely homebody sorta group. They tend to nest and love to stoke the homefires with a lot  of family time and nurturing. Not hot heads like our fire sign friends they brood but seldom act harshly when attacked. Good lot to have in your corner as they are the long haul sort. Earth moves slow. Earth feels solid. You build with the earth, you can hold it - resources.

Air Signs-Rule communication they do! If you want to have a conversation but you wanna win the arguement DO NOT go head to head with these folks...they tend to be HEAVY on the charm in general and some have a tendancy to enjoy the company of quite a few paramours..... These signs tend to live in the clouds. Good with abstract concepts, communications, reasoning, intellect, and avoiding prejudice in favour of logic, they can be cold and impractical at times. Hard to pin down, you know? But admirable in their ability to quickly flow softly.

Last but not least at all are our murky liquid friends, Water Signs--Now generally they tend to be the quiet brooding type. The hold on to things a smidge longer than other signs so be careful what you say in an arguement. Here is were you get that grudge sorta action and also you get the experimenters of the zodiac. So if you want fun and a little bit of the freaky stuff on the side and on the quiet tip grab one of  these and maybe a toy or two---(they are not the Public Displays of Affection type), they can be sensitive, intuitive, emotional, feeling and receptive. They can also be self-indulgent, self-pitying and indecisive.

Now this was a very, very general and basic sketch of the personalities present in the zodiac and I intend to do some indepth posts on the Signs and perhaps go into some serious chart work like Rising signs, moon signs and basic astral charts for a few of you out there in Mindsay land.... until then be sweet to yourselves and one another...
